The Do's and Don'ts
Use of logo:
THE DO'S:
The logo may be placed on the school website, manuals, school catalog, and any promotional materials that advertise the approved school. The use of the PSAP logo is limited to schools with a current approved status.
THE DON'TS:
The logo is not to be used to promote a studio, workshops, the educational program, programs that are sold or licensed to other organizations, individual teachers or any other web page, advertisement, or social media platform that does not directly reference the approved school.
Acronym:
THE DO'S:

The acronym for the Pilates School Approval Program is ”PSAP”.

Approved schools are “PSAP Approved Schools”.

THE DON'TS:

There should be no suggestion of a relationship between the approval of the school and the Certification Program, or any implication of exclusive access to the Certification Program.

References:
THE DO'S:

The correct reference for an approved school is “PSAP Approved Schools” or “PSAP Approved Pilates School”.

Reference may be made to the PMA: “The PSAP is a program of the PMA”.

Important note: The appropriate use of the PSAP logo, acronyms, and references is the responsibility of an Approved School.

THE DON'TS:

Approved schools cannot refer to themselves as “PMA Schools”, “PMA Approved School”, “previously Approved by the PMA Registry of Schools” (or any variation on this theme), “the only approved school in …”, “Accredited”, or any other reference suggesting a status beyond what PSAP approval represents.

Misuse of the logo, acronym or inappropriate reference to approval status may lead to probation, suspension, or revocation. Misuse of PSAP logo should be reported to psap@pilatesmethodalliance.org.
